Privacy Policy

Last updated June 12, 2026

1. Who we are

Cassandra is a product of Adyton Labs. For any question or request about this policy, write to hello@cassandrasees.com.

2. What we collect

The public Instagram content of the handle you submit (posts, captions, bio, public profile details), fetched at your request. The email address you provide at checkout. The messages you send in Ask Cassandra. Basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use it

To generate your reading, answer your questions in chat, deliver and recover your report link, process payment, and keep the service safe. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the content of your reading for advertising.

4. Processors

Readings are generated with AI providers (currently OpenAI). Payments are processed by Stripe. Public profile data is fetched through a data provider. Hosting runs on Vercel and the database on Neon. Each processes data on our instructions, under its own policy.

5. Retention

Scraped posts and captions are deleted within 30 days of a reading's creation. The written reading itself stays available at its private link: that is the product. Payment records are kept as legally required.

6. Deletion

Email hello@cassandrasees.com from the address linked to a reading, or include the report link, and we will delete the reading and its associated data.

7. Report links

Report URLs are unguessable but not password-protected: anyone who has the link can view the reading. Share it deliberately.

8. Age

Cassandra is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes

We will post any updates to this policy on this page.

10. Language

If a translation of this policy ever conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
